TESTING
Our mould testing center accommodates both Injection Moulds and Injection Blow Moulds.
For Injection Moulds we have capabilities to test Moulds requiring up to 550T of clamp pressure.
For Injection Blow Molding Moulds a JOMAR machine is available for unit cavity testing and development.
Every mould produced by System Moulds is rigorously tested in-house.
Sample parts are always submitted for approval prior to shipment.
In addition to mold trials customers are invited to attend mould tests which can allow them the ability to prove out the mould and receive maintenance training thereby eliminate the loss of valuable production time.
WARRANTY
System Moulds warrants that class 1 mould or parts will be free from defect in material and workmanship for 1 million cycles. |
